Will Drafting and Inheritance Tax Planning
Will Drafting and Inheritance Tax Planning
Family and friends often find it very difficult to cope with the consequences of death and where this occurs we endeavour to provide support as well as legal expertise. We can give general or detailed advice about estate planning, either covering arrangements during your lifetime or after your death. The consequences of divorce and remarriage also create potential difficulties when considering how best to make provision for your family. We can advise on and undertake:-
- Inheritance tax planning
- Making your will
- Inheritance claims
- Obtaining probate or letters of administration
- Administration of estates
- Varying the terms of a will
- The creation and management of Trusts
- What happens on intestacy (if no will is left)
